Work in progress images from Florence Trust. Making vegetable dyes from food waste, making dye whilst making soup, drying dyed material. Making a bread starter using the natural yeasts in the air at St. Saviour's and using it to make sourdough bread. I walked into each resident's space to whisk air into the starter, which should last for many years acting as a memory of the people and place when bread is made from it. Each day a sun beam appeared, illuminating the studio.
